Just a heads up -- vendors who have been banned for whatever reason ARE allowed to start over with a new account.  They can't be banned for scams under their previous vendor name.  If, on the other hand, they start scamming again, THEN they can be reported and banned again, if the admin investigate and can prove that they're scamming.

We have warned everyone over and over and over again about bitcoin spam scammers.  I think one warning from me is even stickied! 

If you do not want to receive the spam via pm, all you need to do is change your forum settings so that it does NOT show when you're online.

This was originally against the rules, but it's recently been clarified for me that this is now permitted, though ALL sales of ANY items or services must take place through the Silk Road ordering system on the main site.

A listing must be made on Silk Road listing the vendor account that is for sale.

From what inigo and DPR said, it has actually always been permitted by them.  I didn't think it was because I remember past moderators telling people it was prohibited to sell vendor accounts ... so I used to say that as well until I finally clarified with inigo / DPR and was told it was never prohibited.

Oh.  There were too many duplicate threads being created, so that's probably why most of them were getting locked.  I didn't lock any of them myself, but if I had seen all of the duplicate posts/threads, I would have.

There was 3 seizures I believe, but I also believe all those people are accounted for/refunded.

Yes, you'll need to wait for the resolution link to become available in 4 days, and then use it to request a 100% refund.

In cases when the vendor has been banned due to scamming, the refund should NOT affect your buyer stats.

I had heard there were quite a few packages that got seized from LL during Feb. I feel like I am intitled to some kind of refund. Since it seems like it was defintely his fault in Feb. I am done ordering from the road.

AFAIK, there were not "quite a few" packages seized ... and I'm confused as to why you are here 3 months later asking for a refund.
