As soon as the "resolve" link is available to you, click it.  This will send the order to the resolution center where you can request your refund!

The first box says bitcoin address .... the second box says amount .... the third box is where you put your pin number.

So...now yur ready to send bitcoins from your SR account to a bitcoin address  :)

SR does not offer support for bitcoin purchases:

In the future, I'd encourage you not to buy btc from SR.  There are many reputable, legitimate bitcoin companies on the clearnet for you to buy coins from.  It's much safer than buying them on SR where there is no recourse if you get scammed on this type of transaction.

are you being serious?  you have 463 posts ... certainly you know that SR can't do anything after a person has finalized early?  SR always advises that you stay in escrow.  it is there for your protection and after you release the funds to the vendor, there's nothing SR can do.

If an account could still be used to buy, that would mean you could still access your funds .... funds which are frozen when your vendor privileges are revoked.  And you should definitely not want to use your ex-vendor account to buy.  This would be incredibly stupid and dangerous.

I would think that in this case, the refund would NOT count against your stats.  You could take it to resolution and mention that in your post there ... staff might be able to reassure you about it.
