When do the admins make there decision? Our dispute has been in resolution for awhile, and the vendor and I can not reach any agreement, I just want to finish this up, and get some kind of closure.

Is there a "due date" on your resolution case?

How are resolutions decided  If you cannot agree on a resolution, a Silk Road admin with review your case and choose a fair resolution.  The reviewer carefully weighs the evidence and statements provided and the relative reputations of the parties involved.  If one party does not propose any resolution by the due date, the most recent resolution provided by the present party will always be chosen.  In this case, any refund granted will not be counted for buyer refund statistics.

I've received some PMs from people asking that this vendor be banned for selling fake pills.  What I would recommend is using the "report this vendor" link on the vendor's profile if you believe that you've received fake pills, and SR admin will look into the issue.

where did the festival and road enriching your life stickies go?

has a mod taken them down?   nomad set them both up if I remember correctly.

DPR unstickied them.

It was reported an hour or so ago, so I'm sure they'll get it fixed soon if they haven't already.

It wasn't for much. Will this mess with my buyer stats? Like will it show that I've stuffed a 'vendor' around, because it will look like I cancelled a 'sent' order?

Anyway - I haven't had any communication from the Vendor yet. Hopefully it's still there to cancel in 4 days, if not, I guess the worst that can happen is my funds will be tied up.

As long as you stay in escrow, your funds will be safe.  Just take the order to resolution as soon as that becomes available to you (or cancel if that option becomes available).  If the vendor is banned prior to you requesting your refund, then it won't affect your buyer stats.  However, if the vendor still have his vendor privileges at the time of the refund, it will count against your refund rate.

Guys, we should also be sure to include the part about not being able to pay anyone back in the "near future" ... so ... I have HOPEFULLY several birthdays in the next several years, so please donate but I won't be paying anyone back.  DRUGGGGGSSSSS
