In my opinion domestic sales should never have an excuse to require FE. How long does it take to send domestically in Australia? 2 or 3 days?  How often are domestic products lost? Almost never I would say. Any domestic vendor asking for FE, you should tell to FO. (f*** off) Just my opinion
