this has been kicked around by the admins in private. DPR is taking weeding out scammers very seriously. More seriously than the original DPR. However I believe FE is a I necessary evil. There are certain situations where FE is required, for example someone with bad stats or Someone from a hot country. I believe more in a free marketplace, but with checks and balances to protect FE attempts.
