Title: Unable to log into account?

I don't know what happened, I try to log in today and I can't. To see if it was a problem on my end I created a new account which logs in and out perfectly fine.

This sucks a ton and I'm sorry for wasting anybody's time but is there anyway I can somehow have this fixed? Maybe have the password reset? I have the PIN number, previous password, account name, and can answer any questions regarding account history.

i am having this exact same problem. Spooky, in fact, that you posted this directly after I posted my thread describing my troubles, only furthers my suspicions

please someone explain what is going on

I was about to message support until I saw they were last online 1 month ago... I 'm not sure if that's true or not but okay I will make a ticket

I was about to message support until I saw they were last online 1 month ago... I 'm not sure if that's true or not but okay I will make a ticket

apologies for my earlier sperg posts i was a bit on edge

the support guys are available and are helping me to resolve the issue, I recommend sending a message

but, the site seems to have some real bad issue with changing passwords

EDIT: and now they are down, so hopefully they are fixing the problem

you used the support link in the bottom right corner and then the ticket link right?
