Dear Customer Support,
I actually have two problems:
1. It has been around five days or more since I transferred btc from blockchain to SR and I still don't have any money on my Silk Road account. Can you manually credit my account or resolve this problem otherwise?
2. I have ordered with Dr Holland ten days ago and finalized early, because I was new to this vendor. However I haven't got my package from Dr Holland. I now have read on this forum, that Dr Holland has been banned. I hope I can get my BTC back. Can you resolve this problem? I know the BTC are normally gone if you have finalized, as I have read in the FAQ. However, I've also read that there is a possibility I can get my BTC back if the vendor Dr Holland has been banned before I ordered there. What are the odds I can get my BTC back?
