Title: vendor gone, do I still have to wait 10 days to be refunded?
Post by: grey-eyes on September 29, 2013, 07:09 am

I ordered adderall from CollegeHelper11 4 days ago. I DID NOT FE, the next day it was marked in transit. Then I saw there was a 3 discussions on this vendors page..all of these people bought fake ID's and never got them, though they all did FE. The next day there were 18 discussions all about the same thing. I messaged the vendor just asking if my order was really in transit and if it was not for whatever reason would he please cancel it so I could have my BTC back to order elsewhere. It's been 2 days and no response, message is unread. AND CollegeHelper11 is no where to be found..no page, all listings gone. The only thing that shows up is the ability to message  CollegeHelper11.  So it's been under 10 days but I need my BTC back, I need to place an order. Can I resolve early? This vendor was shown to have been on SR everyday before ..So I think I am not getting anything in the mail I just want my BTC back and don't know what I'm suppose to do. I had read all the feedback before ordering, It was all good, all good feedback for those who bought adderall as well...though that feedback was a month or two old. I did what I could to see if this was a good vendor, so I think I should be able to be refunded the whole amount. right? can someone tell me if there is any way to not wait the 10 days or whatever it is before I'm allowed to resolve? The guy is gone. There are posts about this vendor on the forums from other people who never received anything.

Please take the order into resolution as soon as you are able and propose the resolution you are seeking there. You can also submit a customer support ticket to SR support to see if they can just cancel your order which if they can they will, if not you will be instructed to follow the resolution process.
