I ordered a decently sized bag of mdma recently and everything went very smoothly, stealth was great etc etc.
Only one issue, the mdma is very moist which is adding weight to it. I have no doubt that it is of very high purity, if it was dry. The vendor said it was because it hadn't fully dried out from the acetone wash but is very high quality. He also said he will dry it out fully next time. After testing it we all agreed that we could not confidently cap the pills at our normal dose so we have had to put an extra .2 in each one. Small difference yes, but it definitely adds up. It comes out to a 14.8% difference. On a 150g order, that's the difference between 1200 pills, and 1034.5 pills. Lets say they are sold 5/per that's $825 lost on a $2700 order.
So my question is do i message him about it? Do i just take the loss? I did get 150g of mdma, but not reaaaaallly, i got somewhere around 130g with some acetone on it apparently.
The mdma is visibly moist...

I'd let it dry, figure out the actual weight and go to the vendor and see if they'll make good on the difference with something that isn't almost-powder.

How long do you think MDMA will take to dry? Can't exactly wait weeks here...

Maybe i could take 5g and heat it up to speed up the process?
I messaged the vendor (IMB) about it and used numbers that we guessed based on strength and required dosage.
Dunno what will happen, but we'll see i guess.

I use Acetone to wash cocaine . If the process is the same, it shouldn't take more than 24hr at room temp for the acetone to evaporate off .

Just spread out the MDMA in a big dish. The more contact surface the better. Put it in a hot place, preferably with a fan pointed at it. Maybe you can use a small electric heater, but don't let it go too hot. It should be dry within 24h. Afterwards use the SR resolution center or work something out with the vendor.

Yeah acetone is pretty volatile so it should evaporate rather quickly. If you have a gas stove, spread it out on a plate and set the plate on top of a pilot light so it warms it gently. As others have said, 24 hours should be plenty to dry it out, especially if it is spread thin.

sorry to hear about that issue. keep in mind the vendor most likely did not wet it, it could have gotten or retained moisture during the shipping process especially if it is humid.

Let it dry, weigh it and ask the vendor to make up the difference on your next order, if its the vendor I think it is they should take care of you.
