Who knows whats up with those 2 Vendors Globaldealer and Dr Holland
Did they deactivate their account??

Dr Holland was banned, not sure about the other one.

Do you know if SR could seize his BTC and do I have a chance on getting them back??

The only way you could theoretically get your BTC back is if you finalized after the vendor was demoted.

You would need to message SR support via the market site and request they look into the matter. Do not be surprised though if you get the standard "we cannot help you with finalized orders" response though.
