Title: lost password,given new one used once and it never worked

Hi I lost my password I was given new one which I used once.When I logged in again it didnt work.I was given another one and the same has happened
Can anyone help

Hmm that's very odd, never heard of that happening before. Have do you done a thorough scan of your computer for malware and key loggers etc? All I can think of is someone else could potentially be accessing your account. Try and have it reset one more time and see what happens.
