Sent btc to SR address 2 days ago and they have never shown up. I have 424 confirmations on block chain. Yesterday support told me to wait 8 hours and write again so i did. Then they wrote to wait 12 hours and write again. Then they told me to wait 12 hours and then write again and they would manually credit my account. 49 hours later, they wont respond to my emails.
Evidently they archived the address.
So it seems SR is JERKING me around and in no hurry to credit my btc back, IF EVER >:( >:( >:(

Even if your address was archived it is still linked to your account and your coins will make it eventually.
I cannot comment on why they are asking you to keep waiting and not manually pushing them through, maybe things are still backed up and taking longer than expected to catch up.
There is already an open thread for this issue, if you would like to keep posting about the delay please use that one.
They will get to you though, hopefully soon.
