If anyone has ever worked with this supplier before maybe they can shed some light on their business ethics, I know there are no 100% guarantees on SR but the supplier never made an effort to respond to my messages or to fill my order.
I originally placed an order for '2 DALAJLAMA LSD BLOTTERS PERFECT QUALITY' after shipping@ over .3 bitcoins. I know this is very small order but it does not justify just taking my money. The supplier had posted on his page, that he was on vacation until the 21st of this month. Now i did not see this until over a week after it had shipped, and the day after my order had finalized, i should of canceled it right there but i got locked in. keep in mind the supplier kept his advertisements up while not being able to do anything about them. It is now the 25th and i have send 3 messages to him sense the 21st, and have not received a product or any form of commutation
Am i fucked or if i make a ticket with SR claims, can they do anything to help me? again the supplier name is mahakala

If the order is finalized your only recourse is with the vendor I'm afraid, once the coins are released from escrow SR support cannot and will not be able to help you.
Why did you finalize it before you got anything?

it auto finilized after 10 days have elapsed, i waited the time because shipping to usa was 10-14 days, so allthough i did not get anything i was inbetween a rock and a hard place, i should of chosen to cancel the order, but me being new to SR i fucked up, im afraid ill be paying for that mistake. I already went ahead and filed with SR support earlier, but based on what you said im SOL, thank you for your help, I'll be learning from this

Orders do not auto-finalize until day 17 and normal practice is just to take it into resolution and request an extension if your order hasn't arrived yet. In fact just taking into resolution adds another 5 days.

Also, it's generally a terrible idea to post an order with any vendor without checking their vendor pages first... Many vendors have specific requirements (eg. PGP for address, certain countries they don't ship to) so you can just totally fuck yourself over this way.
