Title: Can't login to my account

I logged in many times using the same user name and password. I actually wrote down my password including my pin pass so I won't ever forget them.
Suddenly I can't login. I still have some bitcoins there. What should I do?

am facing the same situation and this situation I fear...prior to deposit.

yeah i have the same problem, for me i can't login and the captcha image is the same one for a few days now. But when i register a new account there is no problem.

There are instructions in the FAQ sticky at the top of this board for how to request a pass phrase reset, you essentially need to open a new temp account on the market site and contact SR support verifying your identity. Please refer to the SR wiki for full instructions.

i am also having this same issue on my vendor account and my buyer account. 

i hope support gets back to me soon.  i am losing my mind here.
