Title: Same as others: over 12hours and bitcoin deposit not showing

Hi guys,

Same as afew on here. I transferred bitcoins to my wallet on 23rd Sept (yesterday) around 8pm.
Usually I'd see them 2hours later but I still don't have them nearly 16hours later.

What can be done?

I appreciate that you are anxious about your coins but there is no need to create another thread on the same issue, if you feel the need to post about the delay please use the already existing thread to save cluttering up the customer support board.

Re what to do please refer to the FAQ sticky at the top of this board for instructions on how to contact SR support via the market site. You cannot get assistance for btc deposits/withdrawals via the forums.
