Title: do i need to finalize to get an agreed refund?
Post by: lordloucan on September 23, 2013, 12:44 pm
hi all,

vendor sent me some shit and has agreed to give me 100% refund in a message.

he has asked me to finalize so he can refund me, this sounds fishy to me.

do i have to wait for it to go to resolution, or is there another way this can be settled?

obviously i don't want to finalize now, as i will have no comeback.

am i right in thinking this?

thanks

No do not finalize, if you do that you release payment to the vendor and SR support cannot and will not be able to help you.

Please refer to the SR wiki on how the resolution center works, here are some links:

DONT DO IT.

NEVER EVER FINALISE UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR PRODUCT AND YOU ARE HAPPY WITH IT
