I purchased some MDMA from a user on sunday night and he says its first class delivery so it should have arrived on tuesday, however it is now wednesday? He promoted it as his "opening sale

I think its a bit early to start panicking mate they dont post it the second it states in transit give it 10 days at least bud, even though im getting on i years i too am fairly new on here i will tell you this my friend tread very carefully if you ask me you have to be much more careful on here than you do on the streets the problem is whilst there are many great vendors a lot of them are the same old rip off merchant thugs that hide behind a sr wall so never Fe and do your research before you order.

Allow more time, as the poster above already pointed out being marked as 'in transit' does not necessarily mean its been posted.

I think you may be confused about the postal terms. Express delivery is overnight, priority is 2-3 days and first class is 2-6 days.

Not confused, I just know that it is not uncommon for orders to be marked in transit or even confirmed as shipped by the vendor only to discover the order didn't get sent until a day, a few days or sometimes even a week later. If your order is only one day late by your estimations I would be considering those scenarios as possibly relevant to your order.
