Title: I have 3 items in Resolution

Having been scammed, like others from the same Vendor, I have proposed a resolution.

What happens next? This has given me 4 days (was 5). What happens then? Do I re-propose?

I don't want to Finalize for someone who is scamming and has scammed other customers (as his reviews make clear).

Unfortunately this is my first experience with a scammer Vendor so I need my hand held!

Basically though you need to ensure your most recent proposal reflects the resolution you are seeking as well as making sure you respond to any counter proposals the vendor may make.

Then when the resolution period runs out if you haven't come to an agreement with the vendor your case will be reviewed by an SR admin who will adjudicate on the matter.
