Title: Deleted Vender review/rating with hopes of re-doing it but its gone..

I can't figure out how to get back to a deleted review I did for a vender in order to re-write my review and re-rate them again.. In the help section it says "There is a link in your account page" but doesn't say what it is or where it is... I've clicked on everything and can't seem to figure out how to do this... HELP Please!!!

You can't I'm afraid, once deleted that's it with no further revisions allowed.
