Scenario: seller advertises high quality food - buyer receives very very low quality if not altogether unsmokeable food.
It seems sellers on SR get away with a lot and other than a convenient place to order food- the problems that can arise are similar to street deals.
Can and do buyers receive refunds in the case the goods received are not as advertised? How can a buyer in this instance prove that indeed a bait and switch did occur?
SELLERS MUST BE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR LISTINGS IMO and hopefully the answers to this thread will prove this to already be the case.

It would come down to your word against the vendors in the resolution center. You can't 'prove' anything beyond stating your case and proposing a resolution. If the vendor rejects the proposal it will come down to an admin reviewing the case, if your situation is a one off you probably will not get very far, if there are others making similar complaints you may be in with a stronger chance.
It is impossible to predict the outcome of a resolution matter as every case is different.
