Title: Reputuable Aussie vendor fucks up, thinks I'm lying. How do we procede?
Post by: peuiwtf85r2 on September 16, 2013, 10:11 pm
I put in an order for 14 grams of pot from a very reputable Australian vendor. It went 5 days (including the weekend) and it still has not arrived. With the vendors location to me (both east coast) and my option of express post, it shouldn't have taken more than 2 days. I messaged the vendor to find out that it had been delivered, but I discover that while it had been delivered, the delivered suburb is not mine. I immediately informed the vendor.

The vendor has straight out called bullshit and doesn't believe me, since the suburb is quite close to my own. I am not believed. They have put full faith in their mailing system. Clearly faith which is ill-warrented.

I'm sure you can all imagine how frustrating it is to not only be down $200, have been unnecessarily dry because of this vendors fuck up (I am a medical user) and on top of it I am being accused of trying to scam a second order. Despite this, I am keeping a calm face about it all and am trying to work it out. What are our options for verifying that I am not a scammer?

Right now, not only am I being labelled a scammer, but my name has been put on a package filled with drugs and delivered to a random strangers house. This is 100% a scandal.

Am I in any danger? Is my identity at risk?

Please help me solve this. Thanks.

Not sure what to say really, if what you are saying is true then either the vendor fucked up your address or auspost fucked up the delivery. Why are you using your real name anyway for AU domestic? you can use any name safely in AU and fucked if I would be handing over my real details to an anonymous drug dealer on the internet.

All you can do is take it through to resolution, if the tracking says delivered to a different suburb from where you live you may have some leverage but if the vendor is of very good standing you probably will not get too far.
