I ordered from a vendor about 2 weeks ago, after a week I received my order. Everything came out correctly, and I was satisfied, etc. It took about a week to come in, and after I received it, I finalized. A few days later, the vendor was no longer listed as a vendor..
Today (about a week after the vendor was no longer listed as a vendor), I received an order for the same amount that I have ordered before..
I'm not really what I should do about this, any suggestions? I've seen in the past that it was common to pay for half of the order, since it was a mistake, but doesn't this show that the vendor kept my address?

Was the vendor in question banned then?
What you do is entirely up to you basically, all you can do really is try to contact the vendor and explain to them what happened and see what they want to do about it, chances are you won't even hear back or if you do they will just tell you to keep it.

I'm not really sure if he was banned or not. I still have the ability to message him though.

You won the lottery, definitely don't bother paying for it especially since the vendor has been demoted. It's horrible news that they saved your address, seems to be a lot of that going around, too bad.

Taking a shot here, but was it 14 grams of cannabis? Are you from Australia? My order has been sent to someone else and I am trying to fix it. This vendor also disappeared 2 weeks ago and has subsequently returned, starting operations after a short break. I'm thinking perhaps they messed up somehow because they are just back to it and somehow had information left over from before the break?
