Luckily, Ive never been to this place before in my 15 months traveling on the road. I am ~5 hours from autofinalizing for a product I have yet to receive. When I logged on, the seller informed me that he never sent it in the first place, so Ive been waiting and checking my mailbox for weeks for no reason. Regardless, he offered to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Now, I have perfect stats (0 auto, 0 refund) which I want desperately to preserve.
My question is - does entering into resolution automatically affect your stats, or does the seller have the option to indicate whether or not a refund (and thus the buyers stats) took place?

I believe the wiki states that refunding during resolution does NOT affect your stats. You're good. Unless I'm mistaken, but I'm pretty sure.

I hope so! I'm a relatively new buyer and have bought off someone who seems to have turned scam, ifi have to get a refund off SR for the 2 orders and it affects my stats some decent vendors may not want to do business with me, if anyone can confirm i'd be very grateful :)

No going into resolution does not affect your stats.
