Hey guys Ive transferred close to 4 BTC into my SR account from my blockchain accont 1Dc4Pb2H56T62kXvjzzNU7zv6mkE7y1FFu and none of the transfers have any confirmations. I contacted SR support but it says they haven't been online in over 15 days!?
What should i do????? i really need those BTC! will i hear back from them?
in the past this has happened and they credited me back within hours of me messaging them but 15 days since they were last seen? I dont know what to do?

I made 2 deposits to the SR more than 24 hours ago one for 2.7654326 and another for 1.32178415 got lucky on the 3% dice thing. Amyways I don't know what I should do you guys have helped me in the past. My transactions are below

I'd say the delay is a little more than minor at this point. What's the source of the problem? Any ETA?

I did contact support (check the copy i did of the message but it says last seen 15 days ago!?
dont really know what else to do i REALLY need those coins in my account....

^You've been waiting as long as me! I transferred em and after waiting 7-8 hrs i just got a new wallet address and transferred a few more, i really need a small amount! Reassured after hearing everyone's having these problems though and its not just me, and from what i've heard with any errors staff have always made it right in the end

wow i sent a message to support and my coin arrived next time the page was refreshed. Damn SR support is grease lightning!

Best thing to do is start a new thread in every section of the forum asking for help, that way you will get to feel like you are doing something productive whilst the coin tumbler catches up and your coins magically appear in your account all without you having to do anything whatsoever.
A tad sarcastic I know, was just trying to lighten your mood and inject some much needed perspective into the situation, your coins will show up mate, I promise you. And if they don't SR admin support will find them for you assuming everything to do with the transfer was done correctly, any issues on the SR end of things can and will be resolved.
