Ordered my package last week on Tuesday.. I never received anything and was worried on Saturday, sent them messages asking them to track it then (big reputable vendor who has tracking - this is domestic) and they haven't replied since.. It is now Tuesday and they have been on every single day fulfilling orders ignoring my messages.. What the hell do I do here? My money is in limbo and I'm getting pissed.
I want to add that I paid a premium for the shipping, that I'd prefer the product over the money, and if they simply responded we would be working this out.. I have ordered three times from them before, every-time being 2-day shipping.
I'm a medical cannabis patient with a lot of pain coming on to explain the urgency.

If the vendor isn't replying to your pm's there really isn't anything to be done until the resolve button becomes clickable. I guess starting a discussion on their homepage is an option.
Hope you get your package soon.

This is more like ebay than amazon. If the seller's not responding just wait for the resolution process. Maybe they're just running behind and your package will still show, if it does just leave them an honest review and don't do business again.

I had this happen to me and never did get my orders. After I left a review detailing my ordeal, I get a message telling me he's got my address and will" Have someone knock on my door in the morning". I haven't ordered anything from the road sense.
In fact I'm ready to give up this account so someone could look into the exchange and do something about it.

If that message was sent to you on the market site you should report them to the admin staff, they take a very dim view of that kind of behavior.

It absolutely was sent to me on my market account. Its actually even a little worse than I stated. Fuck it. I'm reporting that asshole.
I'm no narc, but there is no telling how manypeople he's done this to. I'll do it for the road.
And how exactly do I go about this?
