Can Not log into my account, keeps saying login Failed, But details are correct!, how can i reset my password?

I cannot login to my account as well since Silk Road went down for maintenance last night. I skimmed through the FAQ thread but to no prevail could i find my answer. I didnt loose or forget my password/username i have never changed either of them. Do i still need to creat an account or can you guys look into this matter?

Yes, you'll need to follow the same procedure of creating a new account and sending a message to SR support.
Sometimes updates can affect users- when was the last time you logged in?

I was actually online last evening when SR went down for maintenance. What info should i include in my message to SR support? my old account name? what else?

when SR support merge my old account with my new one, will i still be able to finalize and leave feedback on my current orders from my old account?

No, they will reset the pass phrase on your old account and send you the pass phrase to your new temp account.
