What is the avg. ETA when a case goes under review before you get your coins back?
The vendor has not replied to any of my recent PM's (9 days) and not a single word in the resolution page and my case just went to "under review" status.

The vendor has not replied to any of my recent PM's (9 days) and not a single word in the resolution page and my case just went to "under review" status.
Your case goes under review when the resolution period expires, that's when an admin will review it and that normally happens pretty quickly i.e. within 24 hours.
