What are my chances?
Got a feeling I may have been scammed..
Vendor set up his account over a year go and made 2 sales
Has come back recently - made about what look to be 5 or so good 5/5 transactions
Has made 24 transactions in total and a lot have FE'd and not updated with delivery confirmation.
Luckily I haven't FE'd . My package hasn't arrived NL-UK (8days)
My concern / suspision is that he could have set up a vendor account and spent the last year buying from loads of accounts - come back as a vendor - bought from himself, left 5/5 feeback and then started scamming.
IF it goes to resolution - with possibly numerous resolutions and vendor reports filed , what would be my chances of SR resolution giving me a full refund?
Thanks in advance for any useful replies

Each situation is different from the next. The resolution center will look at what the vendor and you submit for resolve and see if you can work out your differences together. Otherwise they'll weigh all options presented to them to make a decision. Just stay in contact and try to work through it.

Why did you order from a vendor with that account history? what do describe had red flag written all over it.
Anyway as cirrus said every resolution case is different, it is not possible for us to speculate on possible outcomes I'm afraid. If you end up in the resolution center you please just state your case as succinctly, non emotively and factually as possible detailing the proposed resolution you are seeking.

I ordered because his prices were good
He had a few recent 5/5 transactions. Only started getting worried after a week with no show. Looked again and noticed that before the 2 5/5 transactions he hadn't traded for a year. Most of the deals since seem to be FE's.

Contacted SR support who have warned him re FE requests - hopng things wull go my way if it turns out I'm not he only one to have been scammed

FE'd 5/5 transactions count for nothing mate when sizing up a vendor for a potential order but I guess you know that yourself now anyway, takes a while to get your eye in for what to look out for but once you know the warning signs they stand out like flashing neon sign. At least you are in escrow, many find themselves in situations like yours after having released the funds and have no recourse whatsoever.
