Title: My feedback for 2 great vendors were set to 3-5 this morning. I did NOT do this

Help?  I want my good vendors to have the right feedback.  They did great.  Last night went I went to bed and kept getting kicked off, I thought I'd just do the feedback today, but the system won't let me change them.  What can I do?

the new system for feedback seems kind of messed up.  a lot of people are complaining about it not being easy to use or that it has a lot of glitches.

The feedback score is left at point of finalization, the feedback itself  an be left later, what do you need to change precisely?
