Title: Vendor screws up order, ruins my perfect stats

Nearly two weeks ago, I placed an order with a domestic vendor. Waited patiently, but the order never arrived. After 10 days, I took the order to the resolution center, where I found out shortly after that the vendor was scammed by his deliveryman. He offered a 100% refund, which I (too hastily perhaps) accepted. No major problems so far, but I just realized (and confirmed) that my perfect stats aren't perfect anymore. There is nothing I could've done and I feel this is not my fault. I am being punished though.
I'm not a huge buyer, so this one order almost instantly shot up my rate to nearly 10% overall (double that count over the last moth). Not sure if it'll give me problems with other vendors (probably not, most seem to have a 10% upper limit), but I feel a little cheated here. Is there anything I can do? Or could've done?

Submit a customer support ticket via the market site and explain what happened and ask if an admin can forgive the refund on your stats given the circumstances, i.e. the vendor stuffed up and the order was never sent.
