Title: Locked out of Account......Help Help

Hello... This is a new account because my true account JerryGarcia007 seems to be unrecoverable.... I would like to get back in this account so I can finalize and give good feed back stats..... how do I recover my account.... I have an email attached to that account...HELP HELP HELP
