I placed an order from ST halfway through july. Halfway through Aug I informed him that the package did not come yet and if we could extend the resolution until AFTER I came back from Burning Man (week long festival in the desert Aug26- sept2) He extended it til about halfway through my trip after i told him I wouldnt have any access to any technology. Now Im stuck with a 50% refund.... I just sent him a message and Im waiting for a reply. I spent $600 and only got 300 back. Also my buyer stats were perfect up unitl this transactions. Ive spent over $3000 with no refund rate or auto finalization. What can I do to either get my stuff or get my full money back?

To be fair you got what most people get in the event of a no show, a 50% refund which should by rights show on your stats. I appreciate that your instructions were not followed in that it was finalized when you were unable to log on to make another counter proposal however all finalization's are final, your stats will repair over time when you make more successful transactions.
The only thing you could do it try petitioning the resolution admin staff reiterating what happened and see what they say, beyond that there is nothing further you can do I'm afraid.

ST has been operating with impunity ever since droves of people didn't get their shit about a year back and SR admins started to extend resolution cases over and over and over again on his behalf because his majesty couldn't be bothered with them pesky peasant buyers crimping his style with wanting their stuff and all that ruckus.
After all, giving money back really does hurt. Especially FE money if the vendor has already cashed out and SR has the commission already.
Sorry pal, I really feel for ya (despite being humongously jealous at the Burning Man trip :)
Lesson to be learnt: Never ever ever ever ever FE, do not FE, never. I don't care if a vendor has a thousand good transactions. ST shafted well over 50 to 60 people back when his shit blew up and no one did diddlysquad about it.

Log into your market site account
Bottom right-hand corner you will see where is says "Support" here is the link: http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/support
Click on that and it will take you though to where you can submit a customer support ticket.
Your customer support ticket will be responded to by an SR admin.
