My vendor offering a refund or new gear. I am opting for the refund.
how do I put it before the resolution center to decide and mediate...
I am sure we can agree. I just know i AM NOT SUPPOSED TO HIT FINALIZE...
BUT DONT KNOW WHAT I DO CLICK....do i have to wait until resolve becomes active?

To get you started I suggest you go and read the SR wiki regarding how the resolution center works and how resolutions are decided, the link to the SR wiki is in the sticky at the top of this board.
When you have read that in its entirety come back with any remaining outstanding questions and someone will gladly answer you.
