Title: Submitted 2 orders, sent 2 messages -- seller did not receive?

Hi!

I placed two orders with a (very) reputable/trusted seller.  I have two tx#s and both orders show processing.  I also sent two messages to the seller.  I recently contacted the seller via their discussion page who informed me that they do not have any orders/messages from me and that there was a site error. 

I'm assuming I can wait until the 4 days pass to cancel the order but can someone tell me why this happened?  Also when I click the support link it says:

An error was encountered

We could not process your request

I was hoping a mod or someone could look into it.  As I said I can provide the tx #s for the orders.

You will need to deal with this via the market site I'm afraid, forum moderators do not have admin privileges on the market site.

If you are having issues navigating the market site though I suggest you completely remove the TBB from your computer and download the latest version extracting it into a new folder, do not just overwrite the old TBB. That should fix your issue with getting error messages when trying to contact support.

Hi!

Thanks for your help and suggestions.  I read through a few previous threads and deleted/reinstalled the newest TBB (2.3.25-12) as you suggested to no avail.  Basically I can't access this URL:

http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/support

Without getting that error message.  Can you confirm it is up and running?  I've rebooted my OS/TOR/everything.

Are you logged into your SR account when trying to access that URL? you need to be logged in.

Can't get to support either. Looks like there is a problem with the support link

Thanks for checking.  Yes I was logged in and still can't access the support page.  Luckily my vendor contacted vendor support and seems to have resolved the issue from his end.

I have to say the fact that I can get support like this from a community of abject criminals is really great.  I'll post here if I can get the support page working but it seems to be down for a number of people.

Yep just tried myself and its not working, was working fine a few hours ago though, I'll report it up to the admins now.

And who are you calling an "abject criminal" frownybiscuit? I don't remember seeing that on the position description for forum moderator ;)
