Hey there every one, i am in a bit of a situation. I recently placed an order with the vendor Dudus and it was for a oz with free shipping if fe'd. I placed the order and it took the vendor 3 days to say it was shipped from when i placed it which is understandable. Once placed i told him i would fe for free shipping since he said it was shipped. Now it is about 2 weeks since that i fe'd and have yet to get the product. I have kept in contact with the vendor he is responsive but skips around the questions i ask. I then finally asked what was up and he says it was a tech error and hasnt shipped, but he told me a week before it did. How do i go about getting my bitcoins back if possible may not be but this vendor also is selling fake mdma to many users and they also have reported him and he still has 5/5 rating. If someone could help thatd be great thank you for taking the time to read it

Once you FE'd you cut the resolution center completely out of your order. As far as they are concerned, the order is final and you are happy with it...Because you finalized.
If the vendor won't refund your bitcoin, it is gone forever and a lesson has been learned on why you don't FE.

Yep. Don't FE under any condition. Do the local kids that say they can get you a $300 ounce of fire ever come back?

I don't care what the vendor offers you in return for you FE, be that free shipping, extra product, their eternal thanks, please just say NO THANK YOU I WOULD LIKE TO STAY IN ESCROW IF ITS ALL THE SAME WITH YOU.
