Title: Refunds From PLANET EXPRESS? WHAT IS GOING ON

I am one of the many who made a purchase with the well known scammer PlanetExpress, I however did not Finalize Early as asked after I placed my order as he did to everyone else. My case has been in resolution for many days, now i get an automated message saying your case will end soon, you need to try to work it out with the vendor. What should I do from here? Isn't Silk Road Mods well aware of this situation and granting refunds yet for those who did not FE but just got theyre money tied up? I resubmitted the resolution with more information and im hoping someone has looked at the case. It doesnt appear anyone has yet, can anyone comment on this or know whats going on or have the samething going on?? Thanks

That is an automated response, just make sure your most recent proposal clearly states the resolution you are seeking and when the resolution clock stops ticking an SR admin with review your case and make a decision.

Ya I know its an automated message thats what worried me that no one had looked into this yet. Ok so I should let the clock tick down and out then? I was just worried that, i let it tick down and nothing was done that my coin would be passed on to the vendor. Thanks for the info, its a shame that they arent just automatically releasing everyones money since we know the guy did not send a single package out. Now there is another vendor probably planet express again running the same scam under the name ketamineocean. Take one look and the similarities will hit you in the face immediately and is obvious another scam is taking place with this guy. anyway thank you

Yes that is correct, ensure your most recent proposal reflect the resolution you are seeking and let the clock run out. It probably will not matter on this occasion given the vendor has been demoted etc but for any other resolution cases you may end up dealing with you should also check in regularly to see if he vendor has made a counter proposal and respond to it accordingly.
