Hi

I Finalized this order, but before leaving feedback I decided to test. On return I put 5/5 put Silk Road crashed. It was out of commission (for me) for a while. Coming back the transaction has defaulted to UNRATED. As I think this is a 5/5 transaction I think the Vendor should have it. I use the same name on the Road as here.

Oh, and where to leave the review? View Feedback, Recent Orders, and View Transaction screens are all lacking a Leave Review button or link that I can discover.

You cannot get any direct support via the forums for transactions made on the market site, both entities are entirely separate and forum moderators have no admin privileges on the market site. As such you will need to contact SR support via the market site re your issue.
