Title: Can't use search function

When I try to do a search here on SR Forums, it often gives me an error saying "Your last search was less than 5 seconds ago. Please try again later", when that is clearly not the case. It doesn't happen every time, but it's very frequent.

Sorry if this has been covered already, but it's not letting me search at all right now.

It's a long standing issue that will probably never be resolved.

It can't be changed from 5 seconds to 1 second? Or even better, a fraction of a second?
