how long does it take for silkroad support to reply to a support ticket??ive made a international order now they want FE wich is NEVER going to happend i need them to cancel my order...

Response time is normally 12 hours or less, often less these days.
SR admins will not cancel the order for you though, if the vendor does not cancel you will need to take it into the resolution center when you are able.

so in otherword im going to have to wait a month for resolution to pop up becouse i wont FE?? dosent sound rite..many people have had that problem on here an they cancel there orders for them as vendors trying to make buyers FE isnt ment to be tolrated on silkroad..

Well its actually 9 days not a month, you should submit a customer support ticket anyway asking for help, if anything it will stand you in good stead for the resolution process.
Re the vendor asking for FE, if they have met the criteria to do so they are well within their rights to ask, you clearly will not be doing that so the vendor should just go ahead and cancel, if they don't or even confirm the order the resolution center is the only way to potentially get the order cancelled and refunded.
