Hello guys,
I'm in the resolution center with a customer of mine but I think his stats are a little bit odd.
........ stats member for 25 days
1 month 3 months 1 year all time
total transactions 0 1 1 1
total spent €0.00 €33.80 €33.80 €33.80
total vendors 0 1 1 1
refund rate 0% 0% 0% 0%
auto-finalize rate 0% 0% 0% 0%
He didn't spend money for a month but he is a member for 25 days...
It's about 1 freakin pill and then probably it didn't get through, but my terms says I won't give a refund or reship for 1 pill.
What would u guys do?

Dont refund them. Whats the point of having terms if your not going to enforce them?

^^^This and their stats are very weak as well so if they want to take it to resolution they probably won't will get very far. Is this really over just one pill? fuck me, I could never even imagine ordering just one single pill let alone complaining if it didn't show up if that is indeed what really happened of course. At the post above said enforce your T&C and if they leave you some shit feedback it shouldn't make much of a difference to your rating anyway.

Thanks for the reactions. It's just I'm a new vendor and I'm very happy with my 40 transactions 5/5 rating and really working hard to earn my stripes on SR. I'll just let the days pass in resolution center and then a SR moderator will take a look.
