Hi,
My account has been hacked in the last 12 hours.
I believe I know what happened I followed a link to login to Atlantis and I had stupidly used the same credentials. I have since learned of the phishing scams.
I have opened a new account and contacted support, I guess I am looking for some reassurance I will get my account back.
I had about three orders on the way, two that were in processing (I am concerned the hacker will try to get those orders sent to him/her instead. I have contacted the sellers and asked them not to send to a different address if asked.
Pretty mad with myself for being so dumb.
So anyone know how good SR support is with dealing with this?

Id rest easy if i where you. SR admins and DPR will do the right thing. Unless you have money in your SR wallet, i wouldnt worry. Ive never heard of hackers or phishers fucking with orders. I think its safe to say theyre only there for the cash, if there is any to be had.

Cheers. I did not have any money worth mentioning in there, although I did have an order with PlanetExpress that I had not FE'd and was awaiting that to be resolved.
Sigh. I hope they did not FE that order. If they have surely support would see I made the order a few days ago and did not FE. Oh well.
Thanks for the reassurance anyhow. I would add to your Karma if I could find where to.

If you have created a temp account and contacted support requesting a pass phrase reset you should get a response from support soon. As you now know you should never use the same credentials for any other account, you SR pass phrase and pin should be unique and complex enough to prevent others from gaining access to your account.
I hate to say it though but there is a strong possibility they did FE your order so that they could post the phishing link in your feedback.
I hope you get control of your account restored again soon.

Thank you. Still not heard anything yet.
I know PlanetExpress was shut down sometime in the last 12 hours, I am just hoping him being shutdown disabled them being able to FE.
Also if they did FE after he was shutdown, surely he would not have been able to withdraw the money?
I am hoping SR support are good enough if that is the case to refund me in full.

I am simply hoping now that PlanetExpress was shutdown before they FE'd that order. Or that at least he was shut down before he was able to withdraw the money if they did FE? If the latter was the case would SR support reimburse me?
Ten hours now and my messages to support are still unread.

Bleak indeed. 12 hours and customer support has not read my messages.
Now I find out the hackers have cancelled one of my orders that was in processing, I had two others in processing though I am waiting to hear from those vendors.
I realise the getting hacked was my fault though this could have been stopped with a more prompt support.

Wow, the vendor who had cancelled my order as per the hackers instructions has offered to resend when I get my account back for free. My faith in SR as a whole has taken a leap upwards.
