Title: which vendor has highest quality heroin and fentanyl

if money isnt an option which vendor sells the highest grade quality heroin and./or fentanyl?
im  counting on my opiate heads out there

Supremesmoke is supposed to have legendary dope apparently. I use terabithia because he's got excellent quality (not the best) and he's probably the cheapest "quality" dealer out there. I'd use him if you can handle how slow he is.
