Title: Auto-Finalize and Resolution Center Question - Order never showed up

I had an order auto finalize because I was unable to login before it did. The seller agreed to keep the order open on his end until I received it, but it never showed up. He has been in stealth mode for about a month and has not responded to my last message. I have the messages between him and me that show there was a problem and that we agreed to extend the finalizing period. Is there anything I can do to go to the resolution center at this time?

Once an order is finalized your only recourse for a refund is directly with the vendor as SR support are unable to help you.
