I had 3 orders that were about 2 days away from FE... So put them all in resolution asking for a extension of 10 days.
now when I look at my orders I see that all three are in resolution and are due in 4 days (was 5 days yesterday).
I'm confused as too what that means....
I just need to know that the three orders will not autofinalize in 4 more days.... That would be horrible. lol
What the heck is due in 4 days? Maybe it's the vendors response?

It's perhaps what was decided by customer support. Have you tried sending them a message on the main site about this?

Moving an order into the resolution center automatically extends the finalization period by 5 days, next to the orders it will probably say "view(1)" probably meaning the vendor hasn't read and/or accepted your proposal for an extension yet, as it stands they still have 4 days to do that be an admin makes a decision on whether your extension will be accepted or not.

Great thanks.. I think I understand.
I now have about 4 days left for the vendor accept my request for a 10 day extention? Which he hasn't done yet probably cause he hasn't been around. (he hasn't read the message from monday to check tracking either). So in 4 days, it will then be up to the SR admins whether or not I get an extension? (which I assume they will grant since it's only an extension.)
