Title: Cancel an order.

okay, so i've been waiting just around 4 days for this vendor " FredsFarms " to ship out my package.

But now, looking at his vendor page. All his listing are gone, he has 0 active listings, and it has me thinking my order isnt gonna get shipped.

I've sent him quite a few messages, and have received 0 replys.

I know he's not scamming, because people are still leaving good feedback for him about getting their orders, but either way. I just want to cancel my order now so i can spend my coins on a vendor who isnt gonna take 1,000 years to reply or ship my order.

Then just cancel it, click on where it says "CANCEL" next to the order, job done.

Well i knew that, but the full 96 hour waiting period wasnt finished. -.- but now the order is in transit, so its too late now.

Well that's not what you said in your first post, you said you had been waiting 4 days for the vendor to ship your order indicating it had not been marked as in transit meaning you could therefore cancel it yourself, hence my reply.

If the order has now indeed been confirmed and marked as in transit just make sure you do not FE the order until you are happy and if you run inot difficulties take it into the resolution center.

<3 I know, im not gonna finalize till the package arrives and i make sure everything is as advertised.
It was just super annoying that there was no contact from the vendor what so ever during any portion of the order.

It happens mate, some vendors mark in transit very soon after the order is placed and do not actually ship for days and others leave it as processing until they are ready to ship. Both can cause buyers some angst if they are not used to how the vendor operates, personally if I have ordered I just leave it and wait, pestering the vendor doesn't win you any friends but if its still processing after 4 days unless I know the vendor very well I will just cancel.

Thanks for the tip, I'll keep that in mind. Like i said, normally everything is just quick, never had to wait longer than a day for processing, or a response.

Thanks for the Expert advice though.

I guess even after being with SR for over a year im still bound to run into some hiccups here and there.

do funds release back to me as the buy IMMEDIATELY when I hit cancel?

have a seller who, like the above is dragging his feet. Never had to wait ...well now its 92 hours, so 4 hours before I can cancel...for express to ship out.

I want to order form a different vendor but need the money in escrow to do that...does it come back to me immediately?
