Hi I need help. My account has been hacked and has now disappeared. Full story is as follows:
1. One of my customers left feedback pointing to Atlantis site, he claimed it was left by someone else, as in his account was hacked.
2. I logged in, to that site, and stupidly used my SR credentials.
3. Shortly after coins started disappearing from my vendor account. It was quite subtle, but i figrued i had been hacked.
4. I changed my password, but could not change the PIN, as the hacker had changed that.
5. I requested assistance from SR via a support ticket........ I am not sure if any action has been taken by SR staff.
6. Also requested assistance from forums, and was advised to enter my PIN in incorrectly 5 times, which would result in the PIN being reset (after 72 hours).
7. On Saturday morning I changed my PIN, when the 72 hours had expired, and had full access to my account.
8. Monday morning, I no longer have access to my account at all, and have created a new account to request assistance, as advised in the forums.
9. Fast forward to the present, and i do not have access to my account at all, but am uncvertain if the SR admins, whom i contacted at point 5 above have disabled my account (put in vacation/stealth mode) or if the hacker has full access to my account now. I do know that my account no longer appears in SR searches.
This all helped in a one week period, from first logging into Atlantis to the present (Monday 19th August)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have at least one customer waiting on a some product i promised to send.

You will need to take this up with SR support via the market site, you will be unable to get answers to the questions you have here I'm afraid.
