I am going to assume from the reading I have done, atlantis, is hacking a lot of people's accounts. I fell victim to them today I believe. I somehow found a link to their tor, followed it, and naively input the same user/pass(I believe) in their reg. form.
I thought it was weird that the form would not successfully post. Then, I just gave up after the 2nd try.. Low and behold, tonight I go to get on my account... bam! Password is changed. I had a measely 0.0781 BTC in my wallet, but I did have some transactions in transit.
So my questions are: 1)Are those transactions in anyway capable of being manipulated. and 2)I read on the wiki, if I can supply the last wallet address that was used to deposit BTC into my SR wallet, that means my chances of account recovery is high?

I did the same thing >:(. I somehow found an atlantis link of the road and stupidly provided the same SR username and password I use on their registration page. I cant even login to that account anymore because my password has been changed. I have an order in transit and was needing to finalize it, I dont know what to do.

You should never use the same credentials for your SR accounts, you should choose a unique and complex pass phrase and pin.
There is information in sticky at the top of this board re how to request a pass phrase reset, there is also a warning in the sticky thread at the top of the newbie board re the very scam you have fallen for:
