SR Customer Service,

I can't log into silkroadvb5piz3r.onion.

My account name is psychoknot.

I really need to finalize my transaction for a recent purchase.

I have my passwords written down in a secure location. I am positive that I did not forget my passphrase. I've tried making a new account and I can't even log into the new account. It keeps refreshing the page and making me login indefinitely. I honestly don't know what's going on.

Please delete the tor browser bundle in its entirety from your computer and download the latest version extracting it into a new folder and try again.
