I have been somewhat of a loyal buyer from Frank mathews I placed a order yesterday for over $600 today after he was on and did not bother to even read my message or reply I thought I would go to his customer service forum what I ready has me worried , I do not want to wait weeks for shipment etc I had no issue in the past but I never read the number of issues around his service in the past can I just get a refund and go with a different supplier with better customer service record in resent time ?
Its too bad I really like the guys service in the past but my gut is telling me to use caution .

He's a busy guy, and I would just search for another vendor if you're unhappy. There are a lot of good ones out there to choose from.

Has the order been confirmed? i.e. marked as 'in transit'?

No it has not been sent I really want to clarify that I have had good experience with frank in the past I never herd a negative issue about him or his service he replied to me and was nice almost ever $1 I spent on the site has been with him , I do not want to change , I just decided to read his customer feedback area today seems everything in that area was negative recently .
Lets face it I am addicted to opiates I have to reduce the risk of loosing anything to a minimum also I am a baby when waiting for things I think its part of being a addict LoL .
I really want to complete the order but that little voice has be doing a double take funds are very tight at the moment basically got me tripping !

The money isn't sent until you click "Finalize" ... It's only been a day so give him the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully he'll send it out soon. If you don't hear anything by next week I'd start to get suspicious....

Unconfirmed orders can only be cancelled by the vendor for the forst 4 days, after that you can cancel it yourself. If Frank marks the order as in transit though that will change things, he can of course still cancel it if he chooses to do so.

That answers my question perfectly ;) the vender can cancel within 4 days than the buyer can cancel if he chooses to after 4 days how long does it take to get the btc back in the account ?
I think I will complete the order but these are questions I have read others ask with no specific answer , I was hearing of selective scamming etc
I was considering my experience with the vender in the past all great having been off the site of months I wanted to read things were all good ! I am reading positive feedback , shows how a few people and there friends can really bring things into question .
Please do let us know how long it take for BTC to return after a cancel ? I have herd a bunch of different info .

Finds are immediately returned to your account when an order is cancelled, minus the hedging fee (4%).

If we cancel a order we eat the hedge fee and if the vendor cancels ? does he eat that ? so if I cancel this order it cost me $25 roughly .

Irrespective of who cancels, if the order was hedged you get the dollar value back in btc at the current rate minus the heading fee.
