Hello SR, here to inquire about using a coupon code that was given to me by a vendor. He says use it at check-out but I see no possible area to put in my coupon code, it generates the "Insufficient funds" text as I do not have enough without the code in effect. Please someone let me know before the price fluctuates yet again and I will have to wait on my vendors response.

Hi, as far as I know coupons have been discontinued however I am not sure what the arrangements are for those who still have them to redeem. I will pass this up so an admin can respond to you.

Message SR Support with the code and they will redeem the value of the code back to your account. Whomever contacts us with the code first is able to redeem it, whether that is the buyer that received it or the vendor that created it.
